Leaders Who Are Made Don't Fade

" You might think, BUT I'm NOT a BORN Leader!

It's really hard to step up to the front of the group.

I'll tell you a secret : We all think that about ourselves.

Consider Josh. Not a natural leader, certainly not born into it.

His swim team was failing. His team members were ready to give up before

they'd even gotten wet. They were smaller, shorter, and less mature than their opponents.

Everyone said it could't be done. Then Josh stood up in the locker room,

feeling a little tug in his heart from God. " My brother always beat me at everything," he said. "He was a natural athlete. But one day we were in the pool, and he wanted to race. I don't know what happened. I had a motor on or something. But I beat him. He couldn't believe it. He went on to beat me the next time and the next. But THAT ONE TIME- I WON. I'LL NEVER FORGET IT. THAT'S WHAT WE CAN DO HERE. WE JUST NEED TO GO FOR IT LIKE IT'S THE ONLY ONE THAT COUNTS."

That galvanized Josh's team. Everyone went out of that locker room ready for combat. After that, Josh was a natural.But he didn't start out that way.

Josh wasn't a born leader. But God put him in that locker room that day with that idea, and it turned things around. If God wants you to be a leader, He'll give you the equipment to pull it off. The happiest of persons don't have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything they have...... So, Live simply, Love generously, Care deeply, Speak kindly and Leave the rest to God. God said, No. I will give you life, so that you may enjoy all things. I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as He loves me. God said... Ahhhh, finally you have the idea.

Was not in a good mood recently,

was always being negatif about alot of things.

Where is my innerself the 1 I use to go GAGA, the 1 who have the thickestFACE ever in this planet, The 1 who are the "Happy go Lucky" type of person.

LIFE have up n down just like the shore of the sea..

was HAPPY always, and now

suffering in alot of NOT Happy part.
I should just believe ..all I do now is to be back up in top forms
